Please meet in front of the hotel lobby promptly at 3:00 pm on Saturday for the shuttle. There will be periodic return shuttles to the hotel starting at 10:00 pm. Shuttles at the Venue If you are driving yourself to and from our wedding, please arrive between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm. You will enter the ranch's "red gate" and drive a short way along the road until you reach our valet. They will park your car, and you can get in line to take a shuttle up to our ceremony and reception location. These shuttles will return back down the hill to your cars beginning at 10:00 pm.
